Overview Features

This unit can be used in conjunction with a standard door closerto hold a door open to aid ease of access throughout a building butsince it is also linked directly to the Fire Detection system, assoon as the fire alarm sounds, all doors fitted with Electromagneticdevices are closed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.

Aside from the inclusion of an electromagnetic door closer, the use of an electromagnetic door holder is the only safe and legally compliantway to hold fire doors open within a building.

Designed to be surface mounted to a wall; Can be fitted direct to walls or floor mounted.
