The Rutland TS.11205 - EN2-5 Slide Arm Closer - Silver is a overhead slide arm door closer that features cam and roller mechanism for an easy open door closer. The closer helps to assist with document M of the building regulations and the BS 8300 recommendations.

The closer is renown for its high efficiency and Powerlatch engineering making them suitable for doors up to 1250mm wide or 110kg in weight. The closer is ideal for controlling larger doorways with ease.

The CE marked door closer is ideal for pull and push configurations and will work on left hand and right hand applications in just one unit. The closer comes with a full colour multi-lingual fitting instructions for quick and precise installation. The closer can then be further adjusted if needed.

The powder strength of the closer of the closer can be easily adjusted by the spring and simply inserting an allen key in the end of the mechanism to increase or decrease the spring strength.

The closer has been independently third party performance tested to over 500,000 cycles, making it suitable for 30 and 60 minute fire doors. The slimline closer has a temperature stable hydraulic fluid and can operate effectively in temperatures between -30C and +60C. Features of the closer include an adjustable latch and closing speed.
